It starts with how you actually live. You and Nyla find the floorplan that fits your land and your budget, then shape it until it feels like yours — not like a model home.

Design
Finishes, fixtures, colors, and the details that give a home its character, chosen with Nyla — she designs every Hucks Homes new build herself. Nyla’s design services are included in the price of the home — no extra charges!

Contract
The plan and the price in writing, walked through in plain English before you sign anything. Nyla is a SC licensed realtor, so rest assured everything is done right — from paperwork to the ethical standards required of licensed real estate professionals.

Construction
Our preferred builder, Solid Ground Construction — building in Horry County since 1998 — takes it from the ground up, with Nyla coordinating the whole way. Solid Ground specializes in no-HOA properties; if you want to build in an HOA, Nyla has connections with other builders.

Closing
Nyla stays with you through the closing table, and you get the keys to a home nobody else has.
