Splitting those two jobs is deliberate. It keeps the same trades on every Hucks Homes project instead of rebuilding a crew from scratch each time, and it means the person selling you the home is not the person trying to finish it under budget.
Hucks Homes develops the land, designs the product, and handles the sale. The homes are built with Solid Ground Construction, our contractor partner across the current projects.
